Clad-Rex's Core-Clad products

“Core-Clad” is the
metal-to-metal vinyl laminated panel with a polyethylene core.

  • Two sheets of metal bonded with a polyethylene insualtion foam core
  • Core thickness: 1/32" to 1/2"
  • These sheets can be steel or aluminum or one of each metal.

 

Why are metal-to-metal panels needed?

Well, metals have several disadvantages. Some of these are:
  • Heavy weight
  • Rust
  • Little insulation
  • Little noise abatement
